VB&P Orange and I create an internal platform that supports the Kundenbegeisterung (which relatively translates to “customer delight” or “Kb” in short) mission and works towards increasing Sales' and After Sales' customer satisfaction scores (SSI & CSI) across Audi dealerships.
This all culminated with the development of materials and content for a series of immersion events and workshops to engage dealership management on how to activate the mission in their individual stores. Results included an increase in loyalty from 40% in 2009 to 47.5% in 2013.
